Last updated: 20 October 2026

Part 1: General provisions

1. Scope

1.1 These terms and conditions apply between Trisolve GmbH (hereinafter “we” or “contractor”) and natural and legal persons (hereinafter “customer” or “client”) for the legal transaction in question and for all future transactions.

1.2 The version of our terms and conditions current at the time the contract is concluded applies in each case; it can be accessed online on our homepage at any time.

1.3 The customer’s terms and conditions, or amendments or additions to our terms and conditions, require our express written consent in order to be valid.

1.4 The customer’s terms and conditions are not recognised even if we do not expressly object to them after receiving them.

2. Offers and conclusion of contract

2.1 The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer to conclude a contract on our part, but merely a non-binding invitation to the customer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the customer submits an offer to conclude a purchase contract that is binding on the customer.

2.2 The following rules apply when an order is received in our online shop: the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a contract by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.

3. Prices

3.1 Prices are generally to be understood as lump-sum prices.

4. Payment

4.1 Entitlement to deduct a cash discount requires an express written agreement.

4.2 The payment process for orders placed via our website comprises adding the desired products to the shopping cart, entering personal details and then paying by credit card/debit card or Klarna. Alternatively, payment by bank transfer is possible by prior agreement.

4.3 If the customer is in default of payment under other contractual relationships existing with us, we are entitled to suspend the performance of our obligations under this contract until the customer has performed.

4.4 In that case, we are also entitled to declare all claims for services already rendered under the ongoing business relationship with the customer due for payment.

4.5 If the payment deadline is exceeded, even if only with regard to a single partial service, any remuneration granted (discounts, deductions, etc.) is forfeited and added to the invoice.

4.6 In the event of default of payment, the customer undertakes to reimburse us for the necessary and appropriate costs of collection (reminder fees, collection agency fees, lawyers’ fees, etc.).

4.7 In the event of default of payment, we charge consumers interest at the statutory rate (as of April 2022: 4% p.a.).

4.8 In the event of default of payment, we charge businesses interest at the statutory rate (as of April 2022: 9.2% above the base rate of the Oesterreichische Nationalbank).

4.9 The customer is only entitled to set off to the extent that counterclaims have been established by a court or acknowledged by us.

5. Credit check

5.1 The customer expressly agrees that its data may be transmitted exclusively for the purpose of creditor protection to the state-privileged creditor protection associations AKV EUROPA, Creditreform Wirtschaftsauskunftei Kubicki KG and Kreditschutzverband von 1870 (KSV).

6. Delivery

6.1 Unless we have stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch. In this case, delivery takes place within 7 working days at the latest. In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is given to the bank instructed with the transfer, and for all other payment methods on the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.

6.2 Express shipping: parcels dispatched on a working day (except Saturday) by 2 p.m. are generally delivered within Germany within 24 hours. Orders placed on a Friday before 2 p.m. are therefore only delivered on Monday.

6.3 The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item sold passes to the buyer, even in the case of a sale involving the dispatch of goods, only upon handover of the item to the buyer.

6.4 In the event of delivery difficulties or if a product is no longer carried, we reserve the right not to deliver the ordered product and to send information about replacement products of the same or higher quality and price, which the customer can then order. If the customer does not wish to order such replacement products, we will refund all amounts the customer may already have paid to us for the unavailable products.

6.5 Undeliverable shipments: if we are unable to carry out a delivery, we will hold the delivery in our warehouse for up to 10 days. In this case, the customer will be left a notification stating where the order is located and how it can be obtained. If the customer does not contact us to arrange a delivery, we will assume that the customer wishes to terminate the contract, and the contract shall then be deemed terminated. As a result of the termination of the contract, we will refund the purchase price paid as quickly as possible, at the latest within 30 days from the date on which the contract is deemed terminated. In such cases, we are entitled to charge the customer all shipping costs and other costs resulting from the termination of the contract.

7. Retention of title and right of retention

7.1 The goods sold by us remain our property until they have been paid in full.

7.2 The customer bears the necessary costs that are appropriate for the proper pursuit of legal rights.

7.3 Until all our claims have been paid in full, the subject matter of the service/purchase may not be pledged, transferred by way of security or otherwise encumbered with third-party rights. In the event of seizure or any other claim, the customer is obliged to point out our ownership and to notify us without delay.

8. Intellectual property

8.1 All graphics, texts and other documents published on our website are our intellectual property. Use is only permitted with our written approval.

9. Returns

9.1 We do not take care of the return shipment. The customer is free to choose which provider to use for the return shipment.

9.2 For promotions involving several products, partial returns are refunded with a voucher. If the customer falls below a minimum order value as a result of the return, the customer’s discount code expires.

10. Warranty

10.1 The statutory warranty provisions apply.

11. Data transfer to the USA

11.1 By accepting the cookies, the customer consents to the transfer of the data to servers outside the EU in the USA.

12. Legal language

12.1 The contract language is German. All legal transactions are conducted in German only.

13. Data protection

13.1 The customer consents to all of its personal data being used by us in performance of this contract and, in particular, being stored and processed by automated means. The data is used by us to comply with statutory provisions and to process payments. Customer data is not passed on to third parties unless this is strictly necessary for the performance of the contract. Our contractual partners have been instructed about our data protection provisions and are bound to us in this respect.

14. Severability clause

14.1 Should individual parts of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining parts shall not be affected.

14.2 The parties undertake to agree on a replacement provision – from the perspective of honest contracting parties – that comes closest to the economic result of the invalid provision, taking into account what is customary in the industry.

15. General

15.1 Austrian law applies.

15.2 The place of performance is the registered office of the company.

15.3 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship or future contracts between us and the customer is the court in the district of Rohrbach.

Part 2: Special provisions for consumers (B2C)

1. Right of withdrawal

1.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

1.2 The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the consumer received the goods.

2. Right of return and return costs
